We currently do not offer returns on any of our products. If you have any questions on a product you received contact us over at email@example.com. We will gladly exchange the item for you within 7 business days.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
To be eligible for an exchange, you will need to send photos of the damaged item and send them to, firstname.lastname@example.org. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Yes! We offer free shipping on all standard shipping orders. Priority shipping will be calculated and charged at checkout.
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We currently only ship within the United States.
All online orders will receive tracking information via your confirmation email. If your tracking information says "delivered" but the package hasn’t turned up just yet, we recommend checking with your local mail carrier first.
